Receive a QR code
Once check-in is complete, the guest receives a QR code on their phone or by email.
Present it at the dispenser
On arrival, they scan the code at the dispenser, placed in the lobby, the entrance or the building’s doorway.
Collect the key instantly
The dispenser delivers their card or conventional key in seconds. The guest heads straight to their room.
Cards… and the same old key, too
Most dispensers only deliver cards. Roommatik dispensers deliver proximity cards, magnetic-stripe cards and conventional keys as well. If your building has traditional locks, you do not need to change them: the dispenser delivers the same physical key as always.
